Consumers have 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal
You can contact us for a return within 30 days, upon receipt of the product. If it qualifies for a return, we can issue a refund or create a new item.
 Returns for objective reasons are free. Objective reasons include:
1.We only replace items when they are too small, too large in size, description does not match what you ordered, defective or damaged in shipping.

2.To be returned for a refund, the product must be unused and shipped in its original packaging.

 There are some cases where no refunds or only partial refunds (if any) are granted:

1.The item is not in its original condition or is damaged.

2. Missing components that are not due to our fault.

3. Your decision to return it exceeds 30 days after delivery.

4. Custom Orders.

5. Sale items, special offers or discounts (if any)
Only regular priced products can be returned. Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. When you contact us, we may ask for a photo of the item.

Refund process

Once we receive your return, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be processed within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you haven't received money in a few days, please contact us (store@malophilo.com) We will check if there were any errors on our part.

If your refund has been sent but you haven't received it yet, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to reach your account.
