We start the felting process when you complete your order. This means that there is no waste in the raw materials we use, which is the main reason for overheating and destruction of our planet. Therefore, it is worth your time to be patient and wait up to 3 days in the off season and up to 12 days in the Christmas season for your item to be ready for dispatch.
Depending on the nature of the product or shipment it ranges from 1-14.
Shipping is free for orders over 77 euros.
We ship our products worldwide with tracking Hellenic Post-ELTA, For Europe the shipment takes about 1 week, while for the rest of the world 15-21 days.
All packages have tracking data (trucking number) that allows you to determine the expected date of arrival.
Always include your phone number in case the airline needs to contact you. Once your item has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that will include a tracking number.
Right of withdrawal
Return Policy and Refund:
Consumers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal
You can contact us for a return within 14 days, upon receipt of the product. If it qualifies for a return, we can issue a refund or create a new item.
Returns for objective reasons are free. Objective reasons include:
1.We only replace items when they are too small, too large in size, description does not match what you ordered, defective or damaged in shipping.
2.To be returned for a refund, the product must be unused and shipped in its original packaging.
There are some cases where no refunds or only partial refunds (if any) are granted:
1.The item is not in its original condition or is damaged.
2. Missing components that are not due to our fault.
3. Your decision to return it exceeds 14 days after delivery.
4. Custom Orders.
5. Sale items, special offers or discounts (if any)
Only regular priced products can be returned. Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
